Terms & Conditions
1) Eligibility and Intended Audience
Age. You must be 18 or older to purchase from ASTRAND. If you are under 18, you may not purchase and must not use the Services without a parent or legal guardian.
Personal use only. Purchases are for personal, non-commercial use. Resale, redistribution, and export are prohibited unless we provide written permission.
Geographic availability. Products and Services may not be available in all locations. We may restrict sales to comply with law, carrier rules, or operational limits.
2) Health, Fitness, and Supplement Disclaimers
Educational only; not medical advice. Information on the Services, including AIO Protocols and any training/nutrition guidance, is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Consult a professional. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using supplements or starting any training or nutrition program, especially if you:
are pregnant, nursing, or trying to conceive
have a medical condition
take prescription or over-the-counter medications
have allergies or sensitivities
are under 18
Individual results vary. Your results depend on many factors (training history, nutrition, sleep, genetics, adherence). We do not guarantee results.
Assumption of risk. You voluntarily assume all risks related to exercise, nutrition, and supplement use, including the risk of adverse reactions, injury, illness, or other harm.
Not for disease treatment. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Allergen and ingredient responsibility. You are responsible for reading labels, ingredient lists, warnings, and directions before use.
3) Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. You agree that we may process information as described there.
4) Changes to the Services and Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
We may update these Terms. The “Last Updated” date will change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
5) Accounts, Security, and Accuracy
You may be able to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current information (including shipping address and contact details).
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe there is fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or violations of these Terms.
6) Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Order acceptance. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, cancel, or limit quantities in our discretion, including for inventory constraints, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
Pricing and errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund amounts charged.
Taxes. Sales tax may be collected where required.
Payment processing. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers.
7) Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Shipping timelines are estimates. Delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Address accuracy. You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Risk of loss. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery confirmation to the address provided, subject to applicable law and carrier scanning limitations.
Lost, stolen, or missing packages.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, contact us promptly and we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis (which may include a carrier claim, replacement, signature requirements, or refund at our discretion where appropriate).
If tracking shows no movement or “lost in transit,” we will work with the carrier and may replace or refund depending on the circumstances.
8) Returns, Refunds, and Final Sale Policy
8.1 Key rule
All discounted or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except in limited situations described below (for example, damaged shipment, defective product, wrong item, or not received).
8.2 What is not returnable
Unless required by law, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
Products returned without original packaging/labels when required for verification
Orders where you simply changed your mind
Final sale/discounted items, except under the exceptions below
8.3 Exceptions where we will make it right (including final sale items)
Even for discounted/final sale items, we will address verified issues such as:
Damaged in transit (bottles crushed, leaking, broken seals, ruined product)
Defective or compromised product on arrival (manufacturing defect, missing safety seal, etc.)
Wrong item received
Order not received (confirmed lost in transit after investigation)
8.4 How to report an issue (required process)
To be eligible for a remedy, you must:
Contact support at support@astrand.com within 7 days of delivery (or within 14 days for “not received,” unless the carrier requires a different timeline)
Provide:
Order number
Photos of the item(s) and packaging (including shipping label)
A brief description of the issue
Lot number or label details if requested
8.5 Remedies (what we may offer)
If we verify an eligible issue, we may provide one or more of the following at our discretion:
Replacement product
Store credit
Refund to the original payment method
Reshipment (possibly with signature required for high-risk addresses)
We may refuse a remedy where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, or repeated suspicious claims.
8.6 Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback without contacting us first and giving a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, we may suspend your account and digital access while we investigate and contest the chargeback using order records, delivery confirmation, and support history.
9) Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save) on All Stacks
If you choose Subscribe & Save, the following terms apply:
Auto-renewal authorization. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the frequency shown at checkout until you cancel.
What you’ll be charged. You will be charged the subscription price shown at checkout (plus applicable tax and shipping, if any) on each renewal date.
How to cancel. You can cancel by:
Logging into your account portal and canceling, or
Contacting support at [support@tryastrand.com]
Cancellation timing. To avoid being charged for the next renewal, you must cancel before the renewal is processed. If a renewal has already processed, that order may be treated as final sale unless a verified exception applies (damaged, defective, wrong item, not received), or unless required by law.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry billing. If billing cannot be completed, we may pause or cancel the subscription and/or suspend delivery until payment is resolved.
Subscription changes. We may change subscription pricing or benefits. If required, we will provide notice and the option to cancel before the change applies.
Anti-abuse. We may restrict subscription discounts if we detect abuse (for example, repeated cancellations and re-subscriptions solely to obtain first-time discounts).
10) Digital Products (AIO Protocols)
Digital Products include AIO Protocol access and any downloadable or gated content.
License, not sale. Digital Products are licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.
No sharing or resale. You may not share login access, redistribute content, reproduce, publish, sell, or create derivative works from Digital Products.
Access term. Access is provided for the duration stated at checkout. If no duration is stated, access is provided for at least 12 months from the date access is granted, unless terminated for cause (fraud, abuse, policy violation) or discontinued due to platform changes.
Updates and changes. We may update Digital Products for accuracy, clarity, or improvement. We may also reorganize modules or adjust presentation.
No guaranteed outcomes. Digital Products are educational. We do not guarantee results.
Digital refunds. Unless required by law, Digital Products are non-refundable once access is granted, except where access fails due to our error and we cannot reasonably restore access.
11) Promotions, Discount Codes, and Referral Programs
11.1 Promotions and Discount Codes
Eligibility and limits. Promotions and discount codes (“Offers”) are valid only for the time period, products, and customer eligibility stated in the Offer details, and only while supplies last. Unless we expressly state otherwise, Offers:
cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or free gift offers
may be limited to one per customer, one per household, one per order, or one per account
may exclude subscriptions, bundles, or certain product categories
No cash value. Offers have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or gift cards (unless we expressly state otherwise).
Changes and cancellation. We may modify, suspend, or end any Offer at any time, including due to suspected fraud, technical errors, or inventory limitations. If an Offer is displayed incorrectly due to an error, we may cancel affected orders and refund any amounts paid.
Final sale terms. Discounted and sale items are final sale as described in Section 8, except for verified issues (damaged/defective, wrong item, not received).
11.2 Referral Program (Give $15, Get $15)
Program rules. Referral rewards are available only when a referred customer uses a valid referral link or code and completes a qualifying purchase under the terms displayed at the time of referral.
Eligibility. Referrals must be genuine. Referral rewards are not valid for:
self-referrals
multiple accounts created by the same person
referrals within the same household (unless expressly allowed)
fake email addresses, disposable emails, or automated sign-ups
Verification and delays. Rewards may be delayed for verification, fraud prevention, refunds, chargebacks, or order cancellations. If the referred order is refunded or charged back, the reward may be revoked.
Program changes. We may change referral reward values, eligibility criteria, or program rules at any time.
11.3 Affiliate Program
Participation. Our affiliate program allows approved participants (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions for qualifying purchases made through their tracked links or codes, subject to these Terms and any separate affiliate agreement, platform terms, or program documentation we provide (“Affiliate Terms”).
Commission eligibility. Commissions are earned only on qualifying purchases that are:
properly tracked through the affiliate system
not canceled, refunded, charged back, or flagged as fraudulent
compliant with program rules and any applicable platform policies
If tracking fails due to user browser settings, cookie blocking, ad blockers, device settings, network conditions, platform outages, or other technical issues, we may be unable to attribute the purchase and do not guarantee commission credit.
Payout timing and thresholds. Payouts, minimum thresholds, and payment schedules (if any) will be described in the Affiliate Terms or affiliate platform dashboard. We may delay payouts for fraud checks, returns/refunds windows, or compliance review.
Prohibited affiliate conduct. Affiliates may not:
bid on ASTRAND brand terms (including misspellings) in paid search unless expressly approved in writing
use misleading claims, disease claims, or “guaranteed results” statements
impersonate ASTRAND or present themselves as an employee, medical provider, or official representative
use spam, unsolicited messages, or illegal marketing practices
use coupon sites, deal forums, or browser extensions to distribute codes unless expressly authorized
engage in cookie stuffing, click flooding, fake orders, self-purchases for commission, or any other manipulation
Compliance and termination. We may withhold or reverse commissions, suspend accounts, or terminate affiliate participation at any time if we reasonably suspect fraud, policy violations, misuse of ASTRAND intellectual property, or non-compliant marketing practices.
Public statements and claims. Any statements about ASTRAND products must be truthful, not misleading, and consistent with our published guidance. Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with ASTRAND where required (for example, “I may earn a commission”).
Program changes. We may modify commission rates, qualifying purchase rules, or program structure at any time, with notice as required by law or specified in Affiliate Terms.
11.4 General Anti-Abuse Protection
We reserve the right to investigate suspected abuse of Offers, referral rewards, and affiliate commissions. Where we reasonably determine abuse occurred, we may:
cancel or limit orders
revoke or void rewards or commissions
block codes or links
suspend or terminate accounts
pursue other remedies as permitted by law
12) Communications (Email and SMS)
`1. Marketing email. If you opt in, we may send promotional emails. You can unsubscribe anytime.
SMS. If you opt in to SMS, you consent to receive recurring marketing texts. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out by replying STOP.
Transactional notices. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may send essential transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, account notices).
13) Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, product names, protocols, text, images, and design elements are owned by Astrand, Inc. or licensed to us. You may not use our IP without written permission.
14) User Content and Reviews
We may later enable product reviews, testimonials, and other user submissions.
If you submit content (including reviews) you agree that:
You submit only content you have rights to share and that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Your content must not be unlawful, defamatory, misleading, abusive, or infringe third-party rights.
You grant Astrand, Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for business purposes (for example, product pages and marketing), subject to applicable law.
We may remove content at any time for any reason.
15) Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
Attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape, or misuse the Services
Use bots to place orders or abuse discounts
Submit fraudulent “not received” claims or manipulate referral rewards
Share or resell Digital Products or access credentials
Use the Services for illegal purposes
16) Third-Party Tools and Links
We may integrate third-party services (payments, shipping, digital course hosting, analytics, advertising). We are not responsible for third-party services and their terms.
17) Disclaimers: No Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available”
We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Services
Some jurisdictions limit disclaimers, so some terms may not apply to you.
18) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Astrand, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or personal injury.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services or products will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific order giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
19) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Astrand, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising from:
Your breach of these Terms
Your misuse of the Services or products
Your violation of law or third-party rights
Your submitted content (including reviews, if enabled)
20) Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver
This section affects your rights.
Informal resolution first. Before filing, you agree to contact us at operations@astrand.app with the issue and order/account details. We will attempt to resolve within 30 days.
Binding arbitration. Except for small claims matters and IP-related injunctive relief, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under applicable consumer rules.
Class action waiver. You agree disputes will be brought individually, not as a class, collective, or representative action.
Opt-out. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing operations@astrand.app with your name, address, and a clear opt-out statement.
Location. Arbitration will occur in Florida unless the law requires otherwise.
If a court finds the class waiver unenforceable, the arbitration agreement may still apply to individual claims.
21) Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where disputes are permitted in court, venue will be the state or federal courts located in Florida, in the county where Astrand, Inc. maintains its principal place of business, unless otherwise required by law.
22) Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, natural disasters, strikes, platform outages, or governmental actions.
23) Miscellaneous
Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights without our consent. We may assign ours in connection with a business transfer.
Entire agreement. These Terms, plus referenced policies (Privacy, Shipping, Returns/Refunds), are the entire agreement.
