Processing Time

Orders typically process within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During promotions or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 4 business days.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary between 2-4 days based on priority shipping by location and carrier. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to all Subscribe & Save and 3-Month Supply orders. One-time purchases are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked "delivered" but not received, contact us at support@tryastrand.com with your order number within 14 days of the carrier marking the package as delivered, or within 30 days of shipment if tracking never shows delivery.


To help us resolve the issue, we may request:

  • Confirmation of your shipping address

  • Carrier tracking details

  • A brief written statement of non-receipt

  • A police report for high-value claims (only when necessary)

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged — crushed packaging, leaking bottles, broken seal, or compromised product — email support@tryastrand.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping box and label


We'll review and, if verified, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.


Returns & Refunds

Risk-Free Money Back Guarantee

We stand behind every stack we ship. If you've used the Muscle Stack consistently as directed for at least 30 days and feel no difference in your training, contact us at support@tryastrand.com with a brief note about your experience. We'll work with you on a refund or replacement. One per customer.

Other Issues We Cover

Regardless of discount or sale status, we will also address:

  1. Damaged or defective items on arrival (broken seal, leaking, compromised product)

  2. Wrong item received

  3. Order not received after confirmed investigation

For damaged, defective, or wrong items, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

For orders not received, contact us within 14 days of the "delivered" status or within 30 days of shipment if tracking never shows delivery.

What Is Not Covered

Except where required by law, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Issues reported outside the timeframes above

  • Orders with an incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Normal variation in taste, texture, or subjective product preference

  • Repeated refund requests from the same customer

Chargebacks

If something is wrong with your order, email us first at support@tryastrand.com. We will always work with you before a dispute reaches your bank. If you initiate a chargeback without contacting support and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, we may suspend your account while we investigate and dispute the chargeback using order records, delivery confirmation, and communication history.

Subscribe & Save Orders

Subscription renewals are processed automatically based on your selected cadence. To avoid being charged for a renewal, you must cancel or modify your subscription before the renewal processes.

If a subscription renewal has already shipped, it is treated as final sale unless there is a verified issue (damaged, defective, wrong item, or not received), or unless required by law. You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account portal or by contacting support@tryastrand.com.
